How do I obtain my login information for the EGYM Operator Portal?
After we receive your signed contract, check your inbox for an activation email with your login information within a few days. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.
If you forget your password, you can reset it using the “Forgot Password” feature on the EGYM login page: https://www.egym.com/user-login. If you’re not sure which email address is associated with your account, contact us via the Support Form, and we’ll resend your login details.

Your monthly credit notes can be found in the EGYM Operator Portal after billing is complete. Access them by logging in at www.egym.com with your credentials. Within the “EGYM Wellpass” section, you can also track check-ins and download your credit notes.
