What is the process for registering new members?

To register, share the unique company registration link included in your EGYM Wellpass welcome email with interested employees. This allows new hires to gain immediate Wellpass access.

Why can’t I, as an employer, register new members?

Neither you as the internal company contact nor EGYM Wellpass can register employees. Each member must register independently via the company-specific registration link using their personal login details (password, email address, and, if applicable, bank details).

Can an employee reactivate a cancelled membership?

Yes, they can! Here’s how to reactivate a cancelled membership:

  • Direct them to your company’s specific login link

  • Look for the ‘Welcome back’ section

  • Log in using credentials

  • Once logged in, choose a new start date

  • Complete the process to reinstate the membership

If the employee has forgotten their password:

  • Select ‘Forgot your password?’

  • Follow the prompts to reset it

How do I terminate a membership?

Canceling a membership is easy! First, find the member’s profile and click ‘Cancel Membership’ on the right-hand side. Next, you’ll be prompted to select the reason for cancellation and choose the end date. Please note that cancellations are always effective at the end of the month and can be scheduled up to 6 months ahead of time.

Can employees cancel their membership independently?

The cancellation deadline is always the 15th of the month for the termination to take effect at the end of that month. Employees should contact the employer directly to cancel the membership. Alternatively, employees can always reach out to us via the chatbot so we can assist with the cancellation.

💡 Please Note: If your registration was handled directly through the HR representative, please contact them regarding your cancellation as well.

How can a member reactivate their EGYM Wellpass membership?

If employees have previously had an EGYM Wellpass account or an EGYM ID (e.g., from using EGYM fitness equipment), they must sign in via the company-specific registration page under “Welcome back” and use their existing login credentials to reactivate their previous account.

After logging in via the login button, they can select a new start date and complete a new membership. If the member has forgotten their password, they can reset it using the “Forgot password” option.

If the login is still unsuccessful despite these steps, the member can contact our support via the chatbot.
